Customization
Cold laminating film supports personalized customization of various specifications, flexibly adapts to diverse needs, and accurately solves laminating problems.
9 Steps to the Cold Laminating Film Customization Process
Create digital artwork using vector software, ensuring proper dimensions and color accuracy for precise printing.
Choose high-quality cold lamination film based on thickness, finish (gloss/matte), and compatibility with your printer.
Wipe the substrate (e.g., signage, stickers) with a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol to remove dust or grease.
Cut the film 5-10 mm larger than the target size for alignment adjustment.
Peel off the protective backing slowly, avoiding static buildup, and align the adhesive side with the substrate.
Use a squeegee to press the film evenly from center to edges, eliminating wrinkles and ensuring full adhesion.
We need to use some soft edge tools or rollers to gently push the bubbles towards the edges to smooth them out.
Trim excess film using a precision knife or trimmer, following the substrate’s contours for a clean finish.
Check for adhesion quality, clarity, and imperfections under bright light before approving for delivery or use.
